Citrus Rosemary Turkey Rub


This citrus rosemary turkey rub becomes more like a fragrant paste. Put all the ingredients in the food processor till blended. Apply on the turkey, don’t forget the inside. Put in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge if not used right away.

Note: When rubbing poultry try to get the mix under the skin as skin blocks the flavors.


  • Zest of a Lemon
  • Zest of an orange
  • 1/4 cup of rosemary leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 6 cloves of roughly chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme
